I think I've found a bug in DigiQuatics, how do I report it?

If you think you've found a bug please click the pink ‘?’ in the lower right hand corner of the app to write a brief message to us and report it. We appreciate your help with improving DigiQuatics.


How do I give feedback about DigiQuatics?

We are always open to your opinion on how we can further improve DigiQuatics to better manage your staff and facility. Please click the pink ‘?’ in the lower right hand corner of the app to reach out to us with comments and questions. We love to hear your thoughts!


Can I access DigiQuatics on my mobile device?

DigiQuatics is designed with mobile in mind. It is accessible via your web browser on desktops, laptops, iPhones, iPads, and Android devices. No iOS or Android app is required to access DigiQuatics from a mobile device. If you have any issues viewing DigiQuatics please update your desktop or mobile browser to the latest version. Our team uses and recommends Google Chrome.


I forgot my password. How do I reset it?

Visit the sign in and click the 'Forgot your password?' link. From there you will find detailed instructions for resetting your password and getting access back into DigiQuatics. If you have any further issues please ask your supervisor to reach out to us directly.


How do I change my password?

Log in to DigiQuatics, you will find a navigation link near the top right with your first name, click it to open the menu and go to the 'My Profile' link. Next click 'Edit Profile' button and scroll down to enter a new password and password confirmation input fields, then scroll to the bottom and click 'Update Profile'. Your password is now updated.


How do I access chemical record analytics for my pool?

Go to the 'Chemical Records' tab in the top navigation bar. Next, click the 'Analytics' button on the top right of the page. Once here, select the location, pool and date range you want to analyze. The page will refresh and the analysis will be complete.


How do I view water treatment recommendations for a chemical record?

On the 'Chemical Record' index page click the arrow symbol on the right, this will open the particular record you want to look into. Once here, scroll down and you will see the 'SI Recommendation'.


What if I am asked to provide the state health inspector with a log of my chemical records?

Click the 'Gear' icon on the top right of the navigation bar and this will bring you to the 'Account Preferences' page. Then click the 'Export Data' tab, then go ahead and click the green 'Chemical Records' button to export the records to Microsoft Excel.


How do I export my chemical record logs?

How does a parent request a private lesson on DigiQuatics?

Click the 'Gear' icon on the top right of the navigation bar, this will bring you to the 'Account Preferences' page. Then click the 'Manage Private Lessons' tab, scroll to the bottom and you will see 'External Private Lessons Request Access:', here you will find a unique link to include on your website and provide to parents to request a private lesson. There is no account required to submit a private lesson.


How do I claim a private lesson?

Click the 'Lessons' navigation link, this will open the dropdown where you can select the 'Private Lessons Queue' link, this will bring you to the queue where you can claim lessons. To find a lesson that you want to claim, click the arrow on the far right of the row, this will open the lesson request, here you will find all the information about the request. If you can do the lesson simply click the 'Claim Lesson' button to claim it.


How do I assign a private lesson to an instructor?

Click the 'Lessons' navigation link, this will open the dropdown where you can select the 'Private Lessons Queue' link. This will bring you to the queue where you can claim lessons. Once you find a private lesson you want to assign to an instructor go ahead and click the arrow link on the far right of the row. This will bring you to the detailed request for the private lesson. Once here, you can select an employee / instructor to assign to the lesson and click the 'Assign to Employee' button. The lesson is now assigned to that particular instructor.


How do I oversee what private lessons my staff are teaching?

On the navigation bar click the 'Lessons' tab, this will open the dropdown where you can select the 'Private Lessons Management' link. Now you will see an index of all the private lessons that are in progress. To see additional information click the arrow on the far right of the row to bring up the detailed request.


How do I mark a private lesson as complete?

View the particular private lesson you want to close. On this page you can click the 'Mark Complete' button. The request is now completed.


How do I deactivate/activate an employee in DigiQuatics?

Simply visit their profile by clicking the Employees tab in the navigation bar at the top of the app, then clicking the arrow to the right of their name on the Employees list. There you will see the 'Activate' or 'Deactivate' button. Deactivating an employee does not delete their data, it just hides them from common pages in the app until you reactivate them.


How do I add/remove certifications to an employee's profile?

Visit the Employee’s profile by clicking the arrow next to their name on the Employees page. Next, click the 'Edit Profie' button on the top right of the page. This will bring up all the profile fields. If you scroll down to the bottom of the page to the 'Certifications' section you will be able to add, edit or delete certifications as needed.


How do I view an employees certification upload?

Visit the Employee’s profile by clicking the arrow next to their name on the Employees page, then scroll to the bottom of the page, here you will see their certification information and a link to access to view the uploaded image or PDF.


Can I download a copy of my employee certifications from DigiQuatics?

Yes, navigate to the employees profile, then scroll down to the bottom of the page to 'Certification Information' here you will find all the employee's certifications and can download a copy of their certifications by clicking the small download link in the Attached File(PDF) row. If no uploaded file is present, the download link will not appear.


How do I view an incident/accident report for a particular shift report?

Go to the 'Shift Reports' index by clicking the link in the navigation bar. Here you will see an index of all shift reports, most recent at the top. You may filter by a particular location by using the drop down select. Once you find the report you are looking for, click the arrow link on the far right of the records row. This will open the detailed shift report. If an incident report was uploaded you will find a download link in the 'Attachments' row. If no uploaded file is present, the download link will not appear.


How do I update my employee profile?

Click your name in the navigation bar at the top of the app and click 'My Profile', then click 'Edit Profile' to update your information. Save your changes by clicking 'Update Profile' at the bottom of your profile.


How do I request a sub for my shift?

Click your name in the navigation bar at the top of the app and click 'My Schedule'. Use the left and right arrows at the top of the page to navigate to the shift you want to request a sub for. Once you find the shift, click it to open a popover allowing you to request a sub. Once you click yes your shift will now be posted in the Open Sub Requests for other employees to claim. You can see the status of your request by navigating to the 'My Sub Requests' page.


How do I know if my sub request has been claimed by a co-worker?

You can see the status of all of your sub requests by clicking your name in the navigation bar and selecting 'My Sub Requests' from the dropdown menu.

How do I accept another employees’ sub request?

Click the 'Scheduling navigation tab, then click 'Open Sub Requests' from the dropdown menu. Here you will see an index of all the open sub requests. Once you find one that works with your schedule click the arrow link on the far right of the row, this will open a popover where you can accept the request. Once the request is accepted it will be awaiting manager approval before it is finalized. To view the status of your sub requests go the 'My Sub Requests' in the link listed as your name in the navigation bar.


How do I approve or deny a sub request as a manager?

On the navigation bar click the 'Scheduling' tab, this will open the dropdown where you can select the 'Open Sub Requests' link. Next, click the arrow link on the far right of the row for the particular sub request you want to approve or deny. On the popover simply click approve or deny to process the request.


How do I view sub requests that have already been approved or denied as a manager?

On the navigation bar click the 'Scheduling' tab, this will open the dropdown where you can select the 'Sub Requests Pending Approval' link. Next click the 'Processed' button to view the index of all processed sub requests.


How do I submit a time off request?

Click your name in the navigation bar at the top of the app and click 'My Time Off', next click the 'Add Request' button, this will open a popover where you can either select 'Partial Day' or 'Add Day' for the request and entered the desired date range and reason. Once all the information is entered simply click 'Submit Request' to submit it. Your manager will now approve or deny it.


How do I approve or deny a time off request as a manager?

On the navigation bar click the 'Scheduling' tab, this will open the dropdown where you can select the 'Time Off Requests' link. Next, click the arrow link on the far right of the row for the particular time off request you want to approve or deny. On the popover simply click approve or deny to process the request.


How do I know if a time off request is pending approval?

You can see the status of all of your time off requests by clicking your name in the navigation bar and selecting 'My Time Off Requests' from the dropdown menu.


How do I view time off requests that have already been approved or denied as a manager?

On the navigation bar click the 'Scheduling' tab, this will open the dropdown where you can select the 'Time Off Requests' link. Next, click the 'View Processed' button to view all the approved or denied requests.


Can I export my employees information from DigiQuatics?

Yes, click the 'Gear' icon on the top right of the navigation bar, this will bring you to the 'Account Preferences' page. Then click the 'Export Data' tab, then go ahead and click either the green 'Active Employees' or 'Inactive Employees' button to export the your staff data.


How do I update or change my districts account information in DigiQuatics?

Click the 'Gear' icon on the top right of the navigation bar, this will bring you to the 'Account Preferences' page. Then click the 'Manage Account' tab where you can update your account information as needed.


How do I add locations, pools, and slides to my company's account?

Click the 'Gear' icon on the top right of the navigation bar, this will bring you to the 'Account Preferences' page. Then click the 'Manage Locations, Pools, and Slides' tab, here you will be able to add, edit or delete locations, pools and slides. CAUTION: Deleting locations, pools, or slides will destroy associated data.

Is there an iPhone or Android app for DigiQuatics?

At this time we do not have a dedicated iPhone or Android app. DigiQuatics is completely mobile responsive on desktops, laptops, tablets, iPhones, and Android devices.


How do I add positions to my company's account?

Click the 'Gear' icon on the top right of the navigation bar, this will bring you to the 'Account Preferences' page. Then click the 'Manage Positions' tab, here you will be able to add, edit or delete positions.


How do I add certifications to my districts account?

Click the 'Gear' icon on the top right of the navigation bar, this will bring you to the 'Account Preferences' page. Then click the 'Manage Certification Types' tab, here you will be able to add, edit or delete Certification Types.
